This evening, during our Monthly Family of Storytellers night, our PreK and Kinder families learned about routines and ways they can support their students at home. They also learned about the reading challenge they can participate in by logging books they read at home through the Beanstack app.

Klein ISD earned an A rating in the College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) component of the Texas Education Agency’s 2025 A–F Accountability Ratings and maintained a B overall, rising from an 80 in 2023 to an 86 in 2025.
Since the TEA raised performance standards in 2023, the district has seen a 30% increase in A-rated schools, a 13% increase in B-rated schools, and a 55% decrease in C-rated schools, with no schools rated D or F. All five high schools and all ten intermediate schools earned an A or B, and students across Klein ISD earned 127 academic distinctions, a 37% increase since 2023.
