Clubs & Organizations
Our school is rich in opportunities for student enrichment. Students may participate in various clubs and organizations to explore and grow their special interests, talents, and passions.
- 5th Grade Strings - The 5th grade students at Eiland Elementary have the option to participate in 5th grade strings. They meet Monday mornings before school.
- Choir - Join our Eiland Dolphin Dynamic Choir. They meet before school once a week to make beautiful music! Stay tuned for a schedule of our upcoming performances.
- Coding Club
- Destination Imagination
- Gardening Club - Thanks to a donation of plants and flowers from JRN’s Nursery and the help of some of our students our garden was beautiful before the freeze. It’s time to clean up, replant and prepare the habitat for the butterflies. The Butterfly Garden provides a learning experience for all ages and the Garden Club is a vital part of the upkeep. This year the Garden Club will be extended into a study of Nature as well. Students will be studying the importance of conservation and its impact on our Natural habitats around the school. The Garden and Nature Club is open to all 5th grade students but all students can participate in the plantings.
- Name that Book Club - Several Klein ISD teams participated in Name that Book within our district this year. Eiland had both fourth and fifth grade students representing our campus. They were given a list of books to read and discuss. Then, they prepared for competition with their team. On the day of the competition the students worked together to answering questions where the answer is the name of the book.
